Welcome to Enchanting Paranormal Investigations of New York (EPINY) your Capital District Region (and beyond) Paranormal Investigators, which was founded by Leanne McDonald in 2022. We are a team composed of several talented, and extremely dedicated paranormal investigators. Our goal and purpose is simple; to investigate suspected paranormal activity in either a residential or a business environment and to also educate the public about paranormal phenomena. Our Paranormal Investigation Equipment
Enchanting Paranormal Investigations of New York (EPINY) utilizes some of the most state‑of‑the‑art hardware and software for today’s current data analysis. We document audible activity by using digital audio devices that pick up sounds in a 360 degree area around the device. We use infrared digital video through DVR systems and mobile camcorder units. We use electronic magnetic field (EMF) meters to locate the levels of high EMF that may affect claims of paranormal activity. These are just a few of the devices used during investigations. We are continuously expanding our equipment inventory to bring our clients the best service. However, we here at EPINY also recognize the most important tool that is necessary to bring on all investigations, is good old fashioned common sense. We feel it's imperative to mix our state-of-the-art equipment combined with our common sense, on every investigation.
